![]() | Hi guest |
I don't know about you guys, but I was extremely excited when the reunion of Spice Girls was finalized.
Yes, I was one of those 'girl-power' fans. I love the idea of girl power, and I love to see how they really made it in the past. Moreover, it become much more interesting to see how they put themselves, in the mid of 30's, carrying the spice girls and girl power slogan in today's world.
As we all know, Victoria has been associated with high fashion world lately. While she has launched her own jeans, eye wear, and perfume range, she has also presenting Roberto Cavalli's dress in his runway, and designing some jeans for Rock and Republic high end jeans brand. Last but not least, she has also launched her own fashion and styling book, That Extra Half an Inch, that distributed around the world.
Geri also focusing on her solo career. She has launched several solo album and also taking some guest role in TV shows, and her own solo shows. Same with Mel C who just launched her latest album 'This Time'.
Mel B was focusing her life more into family stuff. She has been contesting the paternity of her baby daughter with actor Eddie Murphy. Brown, who dated the Hollywood star briefly, gave birth to Angel Iris in April and named Murphy as the father. Murphy initially denied fathering the child but issued a statement last week acknowledging paternity and saying he had paid child support.
Happy news came from baby spice, Emma Bunton who has given birth to a baby boy called Beau. The baby was born at London's private Portland Hospital at 1112 BST, weighing 7lb 15oz. Beau is the first for Bunton, 31, and partner Jade Jones.
Donatella Versace has confirmed to design their stage costumes. There will be several different looks for each of them and the clothes will be worth over £200,000. The well known Italian designer was a big fan of the girls back in the day and as soon as she heard that a reunion was on the cards she submitted her ideas.
They have been focusing on physical training too, such as personal diet, fitness, group dance, and also some vocal training to get their best conditions when the tour started. Time goes on, and they were undeniable grown up. No more track suit and twirl hair. They have become pretty ladies and most of them are mommies now. Wouldn't it be so interesting to know what kind of girl power that they would bring now? I'm so.. so excited!
